Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) will be hosting online virtual events for all childcare and play providers this November. Please complete a short survey to assist CIW with the organisation and content of the event to ensure you have your say.

Survey will close on Monday, 24 October.

In the next couple of weeks some childcare and play providers will also be receiving a package which will include a number of materials such as:

• A4 poster
• A5 flyer and;
• Window stickers

These materials include a link and a QR code that once scanned, will take people straight to the feedback section of the CIW website. CIW would like you to display these materials at your service to encourage as many staff, people who use their services and their relatives to complete these feedback forms. Eventually all types of childcare and play providers will receive these materials.

CIW has also produced a range of digital materials for you to download and share within your own networks / groups. All these materials will be available shortly via the CIW website.
