World Autism Acceptance Week (27 March – 02 April)

Individuals with autism can bring a variety of benefits to the workplace. These include more creativity and improved levels of problem solving.

Encourage your workplace to support World Autism Acceptance Week 2023, where this year’s theme is colour. There is also a virtual Spectrum Colour Challenge, which includes ideas for fundraising.

Join the National Autistic Society in supporting the 700,000 autistic people in the UK.


Stress Awareness Month (01 April – 30 April)

April is Stress Awareness Month. Stress and poor mental health is one of the biggest public health challenges. Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 and aims to raise awareness of the causes and cures for stress and encourages open conversations about the impact of stress. Wear a Hat Day (31 March)

Wear a Hat Day is the first wear a hat day to be celebrated in the year. These fundraising events are in aid of Brain Tumour Awareness Month and to fundraise money to further research into brain tumour cures and therapies. Why not take part and donate this year?
