Please see below email that has gone out to all providers direct from the digital service. 

Since the Childcare Offer Digital platform went live in January 2023, Childminders/Providers have been unable to submit timesheets until 19:00 each Friday.  

We have listened to feedback and made a change to the platform which now permits submission of timesheets from mid-day each Friday. 

The reason for the change is to increase the flexibility for Childminders/Providers. 

Please note that new Agreements must be confirmed by the setting by close of play on a Thursday in order for childcare hours to be claimed for that week.  

Any amendments to Agreement hours must be made by the setting and approved by the parent by close of play on a Thursday in order for the amended hours to be claimed for that week.
