Leon Andrews, National DARPL Outreach Teacher, Cardiff Metropolitan University 

Leon Andrews is DARPL’s National Outreach Teacher and Senior Lecturer at CMet; currently seconded from Llanwern High School, the first recipients of the Betty Campbell Award for promoting the contributions and perspectives of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Communities at the National Teaching Awards Cymru 2022. 

This workshop will support you to reflect on and consider your practice, introducing a practical toolkit and audit/action plan to help your journey to provide the best outcomes for all children.  It will also support children’s rights, National Minimum Standards and Wales’s actions to be an anti-racist nation by 2030.
