Play, Learn and Grow Healthy
The Play Learn and Grow Healthy project (managed by Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs) works primarily with older children (up to 11) through a ‘buddying’ project, extending to reach younger children (from 2 upwards). Free resources available.
