Welsh Now in a Minute is the name of our project which we hope will help encourage more Welsh to be spoken in Out of School Clubs – by everyone. We will be producing short videos and handy posters on a monthly basis to help children and Playworkers use simple Welsh words and phrases in Play.
We’re delighted to share with you our next instalment of our Welsh Now in a Minute Video series. The topic for this video was Play, a poster to support this video will be available on the website soon….watch this space!
We are in the process of collating our next instalment and will be based around the Olympics. If you would like the children in you setting to get involved (must have appropriate permission) then please get in touch.

As Welsh Now in a Minute is a new project – we would love to hear your feedback. Tell us what children like and what we can do better. Or if you would like to get involved and produce your own videos, just let us know and we will send you some tips before you get going.
The key is just to give Welsh a go – there’s no need to worry about mutation, tense or anything technical, just use what you have and have fun trying.Tweet
