Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs looks forward to sharing our successes and impacts, along with a glimpse of what’s to come in the coming year.
We would like to invite you to a Virtual AGM, which will take place using Zoom technology.
We would be delighted if you could join us for a review of the last financial year, but also to use your membership voting rights.
If you are unable to come, please exercise your right to vote by completing an online proxy vote. This allows someone (the Chairperson or a member of staff) to vote on your behalf. In order for our AGM to be quorate, we need at least 10% of our membership to vote, so please help us meet our legal obligations by voting.
