Full Description:

All Wales basic Safeguarding Awareness (Online)

Between 2013 and 2014 the Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) and the Care Council for Wales worked in partnership to develop a Basic Safeguarding Awareness training programme that could be used for those supporting children, young people and adults. The training pack, launched in September 2014, was based on the Social Care Induction Framework Quality Assured Lifelong Learning (SCIF QALL) unit, Induction to Safeguarding and has been adapted by Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs for relevance to the childcare and play sector.
