Hours of work: 7.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Before school times, during term)
Salary: £9.5 per hour
Qualifications/experience required: Playwork qualification preferred but not essential
Description of duties: Successful applicants will join us in providing high-quality, safe and stimulating care for the children.
Duties include assisting the Playwork Leader in managing and maintaining the breakfast school club and assisting in completing the necessary paperwork.
Giving the children a very warm welcome on arrival, making sure the parents sign the children in on the register.
Preparing breakfast and setting out activities for the children.
Clearing away and washing and drying utensils and cutlery/crockery and putting items away.
Making sure the children are ready at 8.50am to go to their respective classrooms.
Leaving the school kitchen in spotless condition.
Reporting to Playwork Leader any incidents.
Must be willing to train for Food Hygiene - Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (online training will be provided)
