If you are an Out of School Childcare Club, and would like to become a member of Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs, please contact  membership@clybiauplantcymru.org or 02920 741000 to request an Out of School Childcare Club Membership Application Form. If you are a Local Authority, Network or other organisation or individual, please use the form for Associate Membership: Category 2: for Individuals and Organisations who wish to support Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs and Out of School Childcare in Wales.

Thank you for your continued support. The membership year runs from 01.04.2023 – 31.03.2024. All membership expires on 31.03.2024.
