This form is for Individuals and Organisations who wish to support Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs and Out of School Childcare in Wales. If you are an Out of School Childcare Club, and would like to become a member of Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs, please contact membership@clybiauplantcymru.org or 02920 741000 to request an Out of School Childcare Club Membership Application Form. If you are an organisation providing services directly to children, please use the form for Associate Membership: Category 1: for those providing services directly to children.

Members of Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs can access additional benefits through our website at www.clybiauplantcymru.org In order to be able to do this, you will need to provide us with an email address. Once we have this information, you will automatically be sent a password, which will allow you to access information and resources available only to members. We will not share this email address without your permission.

Thank you for your continued support. The membership year runs from 01.04.2023 – 31.03.2024. All membership expires on 31.03.2024.
