Henry Smith Charity- Holiday Grants for Children

Grants are available for school, youth groups, not for profit organisations and charities to provide access to recreational trips or holidays for groups of children aged 13 years and younger who experience disadvantage or disability and live in an area of high deprivation.

Application deadline 22^nd of July 2024

Amount £500 to £2800

The Woodward Charitable Trust

The Woodward Charitable Trust only makes grants for core costs rather than specific projects as they recognise that smaller charities can find these hard to fund. They hope that this will have a more direct impact on the organisations that they choose to fund.

Trustees particularly look to fund projects that help families and young people and that are aiming to improve the life chances of their beneficiaries.

As well as registered charities trustees will consider funding Charity Incorporated Organisations (CIOs) and Community Interest Companies (CICs)

Application deadline: 26^th of July 2024

Amount: Small grants – up to £3,000, but usually £1,000 or less
