Comic Relief Community Fund in Wales
WCVA is pleased to launch the 2022/23 funding round for the Comic Relief Community Fund in Wales. After the delivery of a successful pilot scheme, Comic Relief has confirmed a new round of funding to fund community led action bringing about positive, lasting social change throughout Wales.
Comic Relief and Third Sector Support Wales (TSSW) partners recognise the great work that community led organisations do across Wales and want to help organisations to build their own capacity in a sustainable and impactful way.
The Comic Relief Community Fund in Wales has two funding levels:
Organisational Growth Grants – £30,000 – £50,000
Administered by WCVA, the aim of the grants for organisational growth is to give organisations the chance to make a strategic impact and to increase resilience, for example:
Build on what is working well in relation to your organisation’s community activity
Strengthen and measure the impact of your core community led activity
Develop new ways of working
To apply for an Organisational Growth Grant, you will need to register with WCVA’s Multipurpose Application Portal (MAP). If you have previously registered with MAP, you can log in by entering your username and password on the home screen.
Organisations can register by visiting the website map.wcva.cymru.
