Have your say about working in social care 

In January 2024, we worked with Social Care Wales to promote its latest Have Your Say workforce survey. 

The survey asked questions about things like health and well-being, pay and conditions, and what people like about working in the sector.

Social Care Wales recently announced the results of its 2023 pilot survey of the registered workforce. This latest survey will find out more about some of the themes that emerged from the pilot.

The survey will be available online and take around 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous and will help give a more detailed picture of what’s happening in the sector in Wales.

Social Care Wales has contacted everyone who registered with them ahead of the January launch, so look out for an email inviting you to take part. Don’t miss your opportunity to have your say.

Results from the survey will be used to identify trends in what people think about working in the sector. They’ll also help shape the support and services Social Care Wales and its partners offer and highlight important issues to policymakers in Welsh government.
