The Senior Leader series of professional learning comprises three sessions which unpick anti-racism and explore actions that can be taken by Senior Leaders and Setting / Provision Managers. It looks at organisational culture, the impact of racism on the well-being and lives of Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic people and at policies and procedures that may adversely affect those from non-White backgrounds.
