Involving children in your club’s governance
Do you keep the playing child at the heart of everything you do? Playwork training will equip Playworkers to
do this within the setting, but how do you also ensure that you involve children in key decision making? In
simple terms, governance is the process of making decisions and following them within your club – through
for example developing and applying policies and procedures – enabling your club to function/operate
smoothly.
