Welsh Government want to understand more about the costs involved in running your business to help them inform decisions they make about the rates they pay you for funded programmes.

The survey includes questions about the money you spend on things like staff, rent, bills etc. and your income (including from fees and from funded programmes such as the Childcare Offer for Wales). Having the relevant documents to hand can help, for example, your most recent annual accounts or a bank statement.
