Learner 1 was a joy to have on my sessions. She was always willing to participate and would contribute whenever asked to. She has a natural passion for Playwork and has worked hard to ensure all her team have some form of qualification in Playwork. She provided them all with the opportunity to attend training and was always on hand to encourage them and provide support for them to complete their qualification.

Learner 2 always goes above and beyond for all her staff, ensuring they have the skills and tools to complete their role as playworkers. She completed her ATPW and progressed to the Level 5. Learner 2 has embraced the Level 5 and has become really passionate about play and Playwork. She has adopted all of the skills she has learnt from the online courses and from completing each assignment, this is evident within the setting. She now supports her staff to be confident, and provides the children with risky play opportunities.

Learner 3’s employer has said how she has developed the club since completing the Level 5 course. I have seen how her confidence and knowledge have increased and how she creates with the children an amazing play space to play. Her passion for play shows in the play opportunities she provides. The feedback we gain from the children showed how she has built relationships with them and how fun she always in in club. She is always striving to improve and always involves the children in the decisions of the club. Overall an amazing Playworker and Manager!!

Learner 4 has taken complete ownership of her learning and is ahead of the game with her achievement. The work she has submitted is also of an exceptionally high standard and shows excellent knowledge of play, Playwork and the sector. Independent research is clear throughout her work and she has also linked to her own playwork practice and reflected on situations and linked to her work to again clearly show her understanding. Great to see such a passionate, conscientious, and motivated learner engaging with the qualification.
