Social Care Wales are launching new resources to support the All Wales induction framework (AWIF) for early years and childcare.

Join this launch event, where Social Care Wales show you two new resources we’ve developed to help managers and leaders support workers with the AWIF for early years and childcare.

The resources are:

• a guide for managers and leaders who are supporting workers to complete the AWIF workbooks
• a range of evidence resource, to show different scenarios where workers could gather evidence to complete the AWIF.

This online event for managers and leaders is an opportunity to find out more about how the resources can be used in practice.

We’re running three sessions on Zoom:

• Monday, 19 June, 10am to 11am
• Tuesday, 20 June, 2pm to 3pm
• Wednesday, 21 June, 5pm to 6pm.
