Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care

Social Care Wales have been working to develop a delivery plan to support the next phase of implementation of the Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care, from 2023 to 2026.

They are now entering the consultation phase of the draft document and they are looking to gather views from across the sector including volunteers, those that access care and support, their carers and families.

The consultation documents are now live and will be until midnight 25 June 2023.
