Out of School Childcare Clubs, this is your opportunity to express your views to help inform the review and any potential changes on the Exceptions Order (circumstances under which settings do not need to register with CIW or comply with the Regulations and the National Minimum Standards).

Welsh Government wishes to hear the views of unregistered childcare settings in particular, to understand how the Exceptions Order works in practice and whether it is clear. Providers are encouraged to talk openly, and their views and opinions will be welcomed.
